  I was one of the parents present at the time Joseph Thomas was there and I agree 100% with Joseph. The women were very rude. This man was simply concerned with about his son. The words AUTISM would scare any parent. If those were her private notes, then why were they written on a patient's folder? Why couldn't they answer this poor man's question. I was there from the start of this conversation with these immature women. Professional is not a word I would use for this office. Joseph was not rude, never cursed, and did not get loud with these women. I don't know Joseph personally, but when I see someone get disrespected like that it really makes me feel sad for that person especially when he did nothing wrong. He was just concerned for his little boy. I myself was bringing my 4 children to this office and had no complaints at all. I thought the women were pleasant. This was until I brought my newborn in this past Aug. Dr. Coker was very cold and not personable at all. I felt like I was another number. I went to another pediatrician for a 2nd opinion and I'm glad I did. Come to find out my son has a heart murmur. Two times Dr. Coker seen my newborn and never caught that he had a murmur. So I, like Joseph do not use this office for my children anymore.
